Sustainably harvested from the pristine waters of the Canadian North Atlantic Sea, these scallops have great flavour and minimal shrinkage when cooked.

Wild Caught Canadian scallops are individually-quick-frozen to lock in natural moisture and freshness for minimal shrinkage and greater cooking yield.

How To Thaw:
Place the desired amount of scallops in clean cold water for 20 mins. Remove scallops from water and allow to drain for 10 mins.

Recommended cooking method:
Once drained thoroughly, add 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil to the hot plate or pan and heat until near sizzling.

Keep Frozen until consumption
