Preparation, uses, and tips:
Add ramen noodles to boiling water. To prevent noodles from sticking to the bottom of the pan, stir gently until the water returns to a rapid boil. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Cook fresh noodles for only 3 to 4 minutes. Add to miso soup or top with stir-fried or steamed vegetables.
